Shipping for all UK orders is £2.50 P&P

Overseas/International orders please ask for a shipping cost .

Orders will be despatched following receipt of payment. Generally orders will be despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt, depending on day and time payment is received.

If you require your order to be sent recorded/special delivery we will do this but you will be charged full postage cost.

In the rare event of faulty goods being received, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Packages leave 3D JEAN in perfect conditions, should damage be caused to goods whilst in transit we recommend taking a photograph of any damage and retaining packaging to assist any claim for compensation.
